Where are you on your Medicare journey?

Why Alabama families work with DIA

A pharmacist’s eye on drug coverage

Tyler’s PharmD training means your prescription list gets checked against each plan’s formulary, tiers, and pharmacy network, not just the premium.

Education before enrollment

You will understand what you are buying, what it covers, and what it costs before you sign anything. The decision is always yours.

Service after the sale

Clients get free annual reviews, help with claims questions, and a direct local phone line year-round, not just during enrollment season.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to work with Dalton Insurance Agency?
No. Our consultations and plan reviews are free. Like all Medicare agents, we are paid by the insurance carriers when you enroll, and the premium you pay is the same whether you enroll through an agent or directly with the carrier.
Which parts of Alabama do you serve?
We are based in Dadeville and work in person across east and central Alabama, including Auburn, Opelika, Alexander City, Lake Martin, and Montgomery. We help clients statewide by phone and video, and we are licensed in nine states.
How does a pharmacy background help with Medicare?
Tyler Dalton holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. That training makes it easier to check how each plan’s drug list, tiers, and pharmacy network handle your exact prescriptions, which is where many Medicare plan mistakes happen.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Your Medicare card if you have one, a list of your doctors, your prescriptions with dosages, and your preferred pharmacy. With those four things we can compare plans accurately in one sitting.
